Sam has his finger on the pulse of new construction real estate activity from Chicago to the suburbs. He excels at spotting housing and neighborhood trends with thorough analysis of current and future inventory, and macro and micro economic drivers.
Since 2004, Sam has consistently been a top-producing broker and sales team leader. He has a data-driven approach that was shaped by experience in residential development and condo conversion, property management, and real estate investment. He has applied this to achieve results in Chicago neighborhoods from the Gold Coast to Wicker Park and Lake Shore East to Lakeview, and far into the suburban markets. His last major project was the Hamptons of Hinsdale, a development consisting of 116 luxury townhomes and condos set on 12 acres, with total sales in excess of $50 million.
Known for his honest, loyal and straightforward approach, Sam builds sales teams with these guiding principles. Sam holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. He has been recognized among the top tier of brokers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national network selling in excess of $500 Million, is among the top 1% of brokers in Illinois, and an inaugural inductee into the KoenigRubloff Hall of Fame.
